FFW Site Services Ltd are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading Asbestos Consultancy, seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their established team based in London.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing consultancy operations, ensuring all surveying, analytical and project delivery activities are completed safely, compliantly, and to the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operational delivery across asbestos surveying and analytical teams
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and client relationships to ensure service excellence
  • Maintain compliance with UKAS accreditation requirements and HSG264/HSG248 guidance
  • Support business growth through efficient team management and quality assurance
  • Prepare and review documentation, reports and technical submissions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in asbestos consultancy operations management
  • Strong technical knowledge of asbestos surveying and analytical processes
  • Experience working within a UKAS-accredited environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence
