FFW Site Services Ltd are seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor on behalf of one of our established consultancy clients in the North East.

This role offers the opportunity to join a respected organisation delivering high-quality asbestos surveying and consultancy services across a range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys in accordance with HSG264
• Record, assess and document asbestos-containing materials accurately
• Take bulk samples and complete detailed survey reports
• Liaise with clients to ensure surveys are completed safely and efficiently

Requirements:

• P402 or RSPH qualification (minimum)
• Experience within a UKAS-accredited company
• Good knowledge of asbestos regulations and surveying practices
• Strong report-writing skills and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence
